The view of New York from our room was exceptional, the breakfast had everything needed, the owner was very welcoming and gave good advice, and on the last day he helped us find a taxi to the airport; nothing negative.

The staff, especially Mo, were helpful during check‑in, and when it turned out we needed to extend our reservation because our departing flight was cancelled, Mo handled it smoothly.

The room was spacious enough, with a nice view of Manhattan and New York. The bus took us quickly to the ferry terminal. Mo served a good breakfast that let us start the day well.

The place is cute, right by the water, and the train station is just a short walk away. The only downside was having to share a bathroom that wasn’t very clean.

The location, service and breakfast were all great.
