The place is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is too small for the number of rooms.

The service was good, staff were bilingual, and the hotel is just a block and a half from Times Square. The breakfast lacked protein.

The spot is good. The breakfast is far from quality and the capacity is far too limited for the hotel size. You have to wait 10 minutes with your tray while people finish. After 9 am nothing is offered, not even a slice of cake, even though it stays open until 9:30 am.

The cleaning, location and staff are ten out of ten. The breakfast area is cramped when many guests show up, like on weekends. The rooms aren’t huge, but that’s normal for New York.
