The location was convenient and familiar. However, the billing was split into three 10‑day periods instead of a single 30‑day span, and the daily rates changed without my knowledge. Money was withdrawn before the charges had actually accrued, only to be settled later. When I registered with a cat, the staff didn’t realize until the first room service visit, and I had to ask if I could stay in the room so as not to scare her.

The front desk handled everything I needed, even during a tough time for me, making it all so easy—thanks to everyone at the front desk. Nothing was lacking; everything was perfect.
