Finding the location was easy, but the bathroom door was broken, the shower curtain had mold, only two flat pillows were provided, the corridors smelled like a care home, the reception was empty half the time, spotlights flickered at night even when off, waking me up five times, I was in room 19, the person in room 17 kept shouting and banging on the walls until 3 am, and I had a terrible night.

The staff were friendly, but the pillow had no case and was too thin, the duvet was thin, and the bathroom was not clean.

Staff are lovely and very welcoming. The location of the property isn’t great , the beds are very uncomfortable , only 2 sockets tv and kettle so no where to plug phone in near the bed. The walls are covered in marks and the bathrooms are very outdated .You also have to book in for parking that only lasts 24hrs , I tried to do it before we went out but I couldn’t do it until the first 24hrs were up and we had a taxi waiting , luckily the man at reception said he would do it and I wrote down the reg and time but this isn’t very convenient when your out and about . I carnt fault the staff they were very pleasant and welcoming but the hotel needs updating especially the beds !
