A small, well‑run accommodation. The room had every comfort and service, the location was excellent, and the staff were extremely kind. I felt truly welcome and cared for. The only drawback was the lack of blackout curtains; I didn’t mind because I’m used to it, but someone who needs darkness might struggle.

An incredible find! A studio‑style apartment right off Maggiore Square, modern and almost new. It includes a kitchenette, a huge walk‑in shower, a big room fully equipped, a great coffee maker, a desk, and a breakfast bar. There’s no front desk—everything is handled through the app with links to the street‑level door, the inner door, and your room door. If you’re older or not tech‑savvy, that could be a challenge. No issues or improvements needed; it was a wonderful stay and great value for a large, modern, fully equipped apartment. Highly recommend!

A lovely place right in the center of Bologna. The bed is very comfortable, and the window faces a quiet side alley.

The room was spacious and very clean. Because it’s very central, it can be loud, and there’s no lift, so it’s best to avoid if you have heavy luggage or can’t manage the stairs.
