Large, comfortable apartment. The feeling of not being welcomed, or even being a nuisance, made it hard to find and it wasn’t very clean.

Big room. The day before check‑in we received a WhatsApp message about a “technical issue” that meant no rooms were available. The story later changed to a problem with one room, and only when we pressed did they mention a leak. With the area completely sold out for a major event that week, we asked them to find us equivalent accommodation; instead they repeatedly asked us to cancel, and only after we refused several times did a room become available again. The location is also wrong on both the property’s description and Google Maps—searching the name doesn’t bring up the right place, and the entrance is off an unmarked, unpaved road that isn’t on Google Maps, so check‑in took us over thirty minutes just to find the door. On top of all that, the bed hadn’t been made when we got to the room, and the quality was poor throughout.

Ayar House is very cozy and conveniently located near the beach. We come every year. The hosts are very good people who are always ready to help. We had a wonderful weekend and recommend it to everyone.

Good apartments with all the comforts; the biggest plus was the mini‑kitchen, since good breakfasts nearby would be hard to find. The room matches the photos exactly, is clean inside, and Wi‑Fi works reliably. The balcony opens onto a courtyard with views of pine trees and mountains. I would suggest adding a kitchen towel and a tablecloth to the kitchen area.
