My partner and I waited for an hour in front of the facility (luckily we had our car). We sent a message about our arrival time. The bell we rang over and over did nothing because no one answered. The polite messages and emails we sent asking what was wrong, even though the reservation was paid and charged to my card, got no reply. I called a few times directly, no answer. I sent two more emails after coming home, still no response. Be careful—luck may or may not be on your side; we definitely didn’t get to stay at the recommended beautiful apartment. Fortunately, through booking, we found a great hotel a little later so we could rest. Who knows, maybe now we’ll get a response, an explanation, and a refund.

Exceptional. The guest rooms are decorated with care and taste, extremely clean and comfortable. Our hosts are ultra welcoming and caring about the quality of our stay. No complaints.

The location is fantastic, the host is welcoming and friendly, the room is comfortable with a great view, the place is very clean, and it’s right in the city centre and just a 15‑minute walk to the 24 Hours du Mans circuit.
