“You get what you pay for :(”
The air conditioner worked well and the bed was comfortable, with friendly staff and handy in‑room fridge and microwave. However, the bar soap was so thin it broke after one shower, the “conditioning” shampoo felt like water, and there were no tissues or bath mat. The bathroom was cramped, the shower head was too low for my 6 ft 2 in husband, and the floor was dirty with grit after the shower. The non‑smoking room still smelled of smoke, and paint cans used as ashtrays along the hallway kept the odor strong. There was no coffee maker in the room, only a single‑cup Keurig in the lobby, and two spiders appeared during our stay. I expected a clean, fresh‑smelling room from a 5‑star hotel at that price, but it fell short.
