“Review”

We paid a good price for the three nights and the location was great. However, there was no “do not disturb” sign to keep housekeeping out, so we assumed they would come for fresh towels and coffee refills. We had to go to the office to get new towels and the staff told us to leave the old ones outside. On the last night we expected fresh towels but didn’t get them, so we had to return to the office again. It’s unclear whether this was a miscommunication with housekeeping or if we should have requested it ourselves.

The staff was friendly and responded to our requests promptly, but the room was filthy, the shower didn’t drain, and there were numerous insects—including a live centipede that escaped from my suitcase. With a young child and a disabled father who couldn’t use the stairs, the upstairs side‑by‑side rooms were a safety nightmare, and the air‑conditioning in my dad’s room kept cycling on and off throughout the four days. We couldn’t even lay our belongings down without feeling disgusted.
