“Comfy bed quiet location right in the heart of where we wanted to be , would stay again”
The place is in a great spot and really quiet, but the room is a bit too small.

The location was fine. Unfortunately, this is the worst hotel experience I’ve had in over 20 years of traveling, for both business and leisure. We paid extra for a room with a “window,” but the window couldn’t open, offered no view, and faced the window of another room only 20 cm away. The room was ridiculously small—tiny is an understatement. You could only get into bed from one side, through a very narrow gap; the rest of that side was blocked by the bathroom, and the bed itself was practically boxed in by the other three walls. During our 4‑day, 3‑night stay, the room was never cleaned and towels were never changed. At check‑in we were told that housekeeping would only be provided after the second night, yet on the third day we returned around 3:30 PM to rest and the room still hadn’t been cleaned. When housekeeping finally arrived at 4:00 PM we asked them to come back later, but they refused, saying that if we didn’t let them clean then we would lose the service altogether. It was absolutely unbelievable. The whole experience was a nightmare. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere if you want a comfortable place to relax. I regret staying here and will never return.

The hotel’s location is great, within walking distance of the art gallery and Covent Garden market. The room was very small. The staff were friendly, but the corridors were always cluttered with towels, cleaning supplies, and bags. The room was not cleaned on either of the two days we stayed. The entrance to the hotel is through a narrow passage that looks more like a back alley; it’s not dirty, just not what you expect or what the photos show.

The room feels modern, comes with a Nespresso machine and a comfy bed, and it’s quiet. The location near Covent Garden is great. However, the room is small; it’s tight for two people and there’s no wardrobe.

The location is super good, with plenty of subway stops, restaurants, shops, and many attractions within walking distance. The room is clean, the bathroom is functional, and the shower water stays steady without sudden temperature changes. The front desk staff are very friendly. In London, the value for money here is high. The only downside is that when two people share the room, the luggage space feels cramped; solo stays are perfect.
