Great location, a comfortable room, courteous staff, a truly luxurious spa, delicious food, and very competent hotel and restaurant teams—all presented flawlessly. Thanks a lot, and a big thank you to Natali for everything. The beds are actually 190 cm, but the team handled the issue politely and efficiently.

The understanding that it is a place with good location was appreciated, but it did not have direct access from the parking to the building.

The food at the restaurant was decent, but the spa was freezing! Unfortunately, the staff didn't speak much English, and I had to leave a note on the door for the cleaning lady, but she never showed up in the three nights I stayed. The hotel offers a shuttle to the Radisson, but then you still have to walk 100 meters to get to the actual entrance.

The breakfasts were delicious and offered a great variety of traditional dishes. However, I would suggest paying more attention to the coffee machine in the kitchen - it's not the best.
