The place is practical and functional, and the room was clean. The room code didn’t work for accessing the parking, and there was no staff at reception to help me fix it because of my arrival time.

The availability and accessibility were fine. The location and overall atmosphere were not.

My booked room was already occupied. You would have seen our faces when we opened the room at 1 am and found someone sleeping inside.

The cleanliness was fine. We were placed in a room that didn’t match the photo on your site at all: a tiny 8‑9 m² space not designed for three people, with three bunk beds that were unsuitable for older guests (one at ground level, the other two reachable only by steep, narrow ladders). Contrary to what we expected, there was no bathroom or toilet in the room. We would have appreciated a photo that reflected reality so we could make an informed choice. I regret not taking pictures. Reception was nonexistent, only machines. It was impossible to reach anyone by phone (paid and no answer). The experience was more than disappointing. I won’t book with Formule un again, nor will I do so through your site.

The only good thing about the hotel is its location, private parking, and the good service from the receptionist—a Senegalese gentleman whose name I can’t remember but who was very, very pleasant and treated me wonderfully. The floor was dirty and hadn’t been swept in days. The bathrooms were filthy. The sheets had crumbs and I had to shake them out. I booked with breakfast included, but there was no breakfast, so the advertising was misleading.
