Proximity to the beaches I wanted to visit, such as Feiticeira and Curral, was a major plus

“Achei confortável e limpo voltaria!”
The place was perfect for relaxing, clean and quiet! I can't think of anything I didn't like.
The hotel was well maintained, the facilities worked, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Pets are accepted for a fee and the room is prepared for them. Breakfast had good quality items. Truly pet friendly. It met my expectations.
The pool and comfortable room were great. Ilhabela is beautiful. The pool could use improvement.
We loved the hotel! The reception in the room was delightful—a little touch that makes a difference. Everything was clean, well organized, and the service was excellent; I would definitely return. I liked everything, just one suggestion: add a black coffee in the afternoon, either as a complimentary or paid option.
The outdoor area was nice.
