This place is great to stay in; everything is furnished with a lot of love to detail and accuracy for the period of the house, and the host is lovely. Breakfast was included and it was delicious.

The beds and lounge are very comfortable, giving a lovely, warm feel overall. The old‑world charm is cozy, homely yet unpretentious, and the owners have done a great job. The beds, amazing shower, and overall feel are excellent, and the location is great too.

Everything we requested was available and ready for the time we requested. Paul and Brendan were flexible and able to accommodate our requests. The view was spectacular and the introduction about the history of the property was a highlight. The enormous effort and passion invested in the restoration of this grand old lady is a credit to these passionate owners. There was nothing we didn't like about our stay; we enjoyed it immensely. Thank you to Paul and Brendan.

Wonderfully decadent property! Gracious host. Walkable location for dining out. Everything was great. The shower recess was a little small

Absolute divine decadence. Paul is the ultimate host, warm and welcoming, a wealth of knowledge and the home is just beautiful. Great breakfast to start the day. We have stayed here before and definitely will again. Absolutely nothing!!
