The welcome was warm and everyone was very good. The lights were a bit much.

I chose this hotel because of its great location—quiet, close to transport, shops, and a beautiful seaside park. The large room made a strong first impression, and the staff were helpful. Tea, coffee, a fridge, a hairdryer, and nice linens were provided. I had requested a smoking room, which I expected, but I still caught a slight odor that seemed to come from a neighboring room. I also noticed a unique door design in the shower area. The only improvement would be to handle the departure of small guests better; I’d prefer a room just for myself. I respect nature, but the smoke was a bit off-putting. Overall, I recommend it for easy-going travelers.

“Świetny hotel, choć przesiąknięty dymem papierosów.”

The rooms were quite comfortable and spacious, though the décor felt a bit worn. Air conditioning was present. The staff were exceptionally friendly and eager to help, even if English wasn’t always perfect. The biggest plus was the location—in a pleasant neighborhood full of local shops and eateries, close to the train station. The main issue was the strong cigarette smell that hit you immediately upon entering the room; if you’re sensitive to that scent, the rating drops sharply. Conversations with staff revealed that the smell is typical for the whole hotel, and airing the room didn’t help. The second drawback was that cigarette holes were visible on the sofa and curtains. Despite my dislike for the smoke, the other aspects were good enough that I still gave the place a high score.

“Good location, but the room condition and maintenance were disappointing”

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to check in and out of this hotel, but that's where the positives end. The location is great, with shops, restaurants, and the waterfront nearby, but the property itself feels really worn out. The shower head in my room was pointing outside the cabin and couldn't be adjusted, so water sprayed all over the bathroom floor. On top of that, several things in my room were broken, the towels were old and torn, and the Wi-Fi barely worked.
