The surroundings are wonderful, well maintained, clean, with plenty of entertainment and a place for a walk—an excellent choice for a holiday. The receptionist girl was quite grumpy and seemed like she wasn’t working. We arrived early and asked her to call us if the room was ready before 15:00; she did, but she never called.

We enjoyed the horses and breakfast was nice. The facilities are old and poorly maintained. The towel dryer in the bathroom doesn’t work, the half‑flash in the toilet is broken, and the phone in the room doesn’t work. The mini fridge doesn’t really keep water, beer, or wine cold because it turns off when you leave the room. The air‑conditioning is apparently central and set at 25 °C; although there are instructions for guests on how to use it, we tried for half an hour, called the staff, and they didn’t come. We went to reception, they called someone to the room, and she said it’s central and cannot be changed. There was no air in the room, so we kept the balcony door open all night. We had to make our own sheets for blankets. Everything in the room is extra charge. There is no safe in the room; one is only available at reception. The dinner at the restaurant wasn’t to our taste. Breakfast was very nice. The jacuzzi isn’t hot at all, but the indoor pool is warmer and kind of fun. My daughter was happy to ride the sweet horses, which saved us time here.

The room was very spacious. The AC system is kind of old and outdated.

I was hoping for a relaxing weekend with a pool, horseback riding, and spa, and the restaurant kitchen was pretty good. The older part of the hotel really needs a refresh.

The place is wonderful, giving a sense of calm and privacy, and the experience with the horses is truly unique. There were too many sugary treats for the kids in the rooms; fruit would have been a better choice, especially for a spot that wants to promote sports and healthy living.
