“Estancia muy buena y recomendable para familias”

The building itself is old, but the place inside is freshly renovated, modern, spacious, and spotless. The suite is huge, perfect for families with three kids. The location is quite good, with plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and bus stops nearby. There’s a shared kitchen with two other rooms, which works fine for breakfast since you can’t cook. The mobile access is excellent and very convenient. The only downside is having to share the kitchen area with other guests.

“Muy bien.”

The spot was really well situated, with bus stops just a 6‑minute walk away. The neighborhood was very quiet and had plenty of dining options nearby. The room had air conditioning and was perfectly sound‑proofed, great for a good night’s sleep. The shower was spacious and overall the stay was very pleasant. We felt very comfortable and at ease. Some small issues: the trash can and towel rack were broken—little fixes that would improve the guest experience. I also wished there were a few extra towels. The mattress wasn’t uncomfortable, but it’s clearly worn and will need replacement soon.

The structure is clean and welcoming, just like in the photos. The noise from the rooms next door is very loud and can be heard too much, especially when other guests come and go from the building even at night.
