The location between Maastricht and Valkenburg was convenient, but the tent was very dusty and the noise level was high with so many tents close together. The facilities disappointed as the pool was very basic and the kids couldn’t really entertain themselves.

The cottage was fine, offering a good-sized space for two people.

The location was great, close to Valkenburg and Maastricht, with a nice playground for the kids and a tidy park where we could sit outside and enjoy the peace. In our view the cleaning left a lot to be desired, the building was very noisy – a problem with small children who wake each other easily – and for a six‑person unit it felt cramped.

The reception was very friendly and the cottage was wonderfully chilled. The only gripe is the limited selection at the supermarket.

The shop and apartment are very nice, and the rooms are clean.
