For my goal of attending an event at USP São Carlos, the location is excellent, right in front of the main gate. The place is clean, pleasant, well‑visited, and the owner is friendly, kind, and helpful. I have nothing to add here.

The environment offers a structure that caters to its audience (young, relaxed, digital). Digital organization of access makes entering and leaving hassle‑free. The rooms have a lamp outlet that can be used individually, and a flexible cable lets you place your phone safely, keeping it in a comfortable position for handling, watching, listening, or reading information. The female room has a private bathroom exclusively for women. The house lacks acoustic comfort; even though there is a door between common and private areas (rooms, bathrooms), all noise from the common areas (game room, lounge, laundry, kitchen) is audible.

The reception was top‑notch—friendly, quick, and helpful. Everything else matched what I expected, so I didn’t feel the need to point out any negatives.
