The location is somewhat near the airport but feels like an industrial site with construction all around and a terrible view of a grimy building or car park from the front-facing rooms. It cost $20 to reach the hotel from the airport, but $25 to go all the way into central Singapore, so staying there didn't save much. We spent a lot on taxis because there’s little to do at the hotel. The shuttle takes ages and the last drop is at 5 pm, which is oddly early. The hotel was clean, the pool was nice, and the gym was decent, but overall the place feels bland and has no atmosphere. The staff were not very helpful or friendly. The food is pricey and not great, with almost nothing for vegetarians or vegans. The room was small, clean, but nothing special, similar to a Premier Inn UK. I wouldn’t stay here again and felt the customer service was lacking.
