The room was charming and the location was excellent, and the staff were responsive, but the safe in our room was broken and the WiFi was down for a full day.

Fantastic location—central, walkable to everything yet still with its own neighborhood feel, and the plaza next to the building always had buskers playing, so you could always hear a free concert when you opened the window.

The location was excellent, but the room was very small, the beds terrible, the pillows terrible, cleanliness very ordinary, a terrible smell everywhere, a spider net on the entire roof, almost no WiFi connection, and they asked us to pay 48 EUR for city tax even though I had already paid it and showed the receipt.
