The value for money was good for a place to relax at night. Because check‑in starts in the afternoon, we spent the day exploring nearby sights with our family. At 5 am I called the host to say we’d arrive between 7 and 8 am. She replied that a colleague would be there and that we’d be reached within a quarter‑hour if we called. When the GPS said we were half a mile away (around 7:30 am), I called again to confirm our arrival. The line was busy. Even a five‑minute delay didn’t help; the line stayed busy. I kept calling every 3–5 minutes for half an hour, but it kept showing “busy.” We arrived in front of the accommodation, yet still couldn’t reach anyone. By 8 pm, with three tired kids, the situation was getting unsettling, and if we hadn’t travelled 250 km, we might have had to leave. I started looking for other places, and when I tried calling from my husband’s phone, the line was busy from my number and, three seconds later, the other number’s call was dropped. It became clear that my number had been blocked. Had I known the booking would compensate for a more expensive stay, we might have stayed elsewhere. The apartment has three rooms on the floor and a shared area. There were other guests, and the bathroom was quite chaotic in the morning and evening, though everyone tried to cooperate. I couldn’t brew coffee in the morning because, although there was a coffee maker, there was no match or lighter for the gas stove. It was tolerable, but it didn’t feel very good. Overall, I managed to sleep, but I can’t think of any other positives.
