“I understand it’s budget but will never stay here again or recommend to anyone”

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room I booked didn't match the description and pictures on the website, and I ended up with a different room at a different property. To make matters worse, I had trouble getting the original room I booked. On the first night, I was woken up at 10:30 pm by a staff member checking on my breakfast order, despite me having already informed them that I didn't need it.

“Bed bugs and dirty”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a nightmare. The room was dirty, with bugs crawling all over the outlets, bed sheets, and pillows. Despite asking for a different room, the issue persisted, and I woke up the next morning with itchy skin due to bed bugs. The noise from the hallway was also unbearable, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. When I approached the front desk about a refund, I was met with resistance, and they offered only a superficial cleaning of the room.

While the hotel's location was convenient, my stay was marred by several issues. The shower and sink didn't drain well, leaving the bathroom floor flooded and making it unpleasant to use the bathroom hours later. The sound from the hallway was also amplified through the room, making it difficult to rest or sleep due to the constant noise from other guests. It was a shame, given that the room was otherwise clean.

The hotel was also close to the beach and action, but on a quieter street. However, my stay was not without its issues, as the shower drain was clogged, which was a minor but annoying problem.

I appreciated the hotel's quiet location, with the beautiful beach just a 5-minute walk away and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within a 15-minute radius. The beds were comfortable, and I was impressed with the daily room cleaning and laundry service. However, I had some issues with the air conditioning, which was quite loud and blew air at inconsistent temperatures directly onto my bed, and there was no safe in the room.
