The location was unbeatable, everything needed was a few minutes’ walk, parking was always available right at the front entrance two minutes from the Ancona passetto, and I can’t believe how highly I recommend it.

It’s close to the city centre and beaches, very well located with easy access, but the AC feed on the kitchen balcony is noisy all night and blows hot air back toward the room’s window, plus a presence light on the wall never turns off completely, which is inconvenient.

The location is convenient, but the bed is not very comfortable; my partner and I had a single separate bed that is more suitable for children.

The central location is lovely, the building is clean and welcoming, and the owner is extremely kind and helpful, yet it would be a good idea to install an air conditioner in the room.
