I wouldn’t have chosen this type of hotel, but my reservation was cancelled a few hours before arrival and I could only reach an AI bot that cut me off when I asked for a human; despite this last‑minute issue, the staff were very helpful. The room offered a view of a brick wall and the facilities were very basic.

The room was spacious and very clean, but I felt very cold at night because there were no blankets or heating, so I ended up sleeping in my day clothes.

The staff were friendly and the location was good; the room was clean and cosy. However, on the first night we were disturbed twice by someone triggering the fire alarm, and then again by a guest banging on the front window around 5am after locking himself out.
