“It was everything we needed and so much more.”

From the moment we stepped inside, everything felt just right—quiet from the traffic, gorgeous surroundings, and a fresh, cool breeze that hit your lungs the instant you opened the door. The morning air smelled amazing, and the house itself offered plenty of rooms and bathrooms to meet everyone’s needs. The living area was packed with lounges, enough for a whole army, and communication with the hosts was effortless. We’re already planning a return trip and would recommend treating this place with the same care you’d give your own home. Aloha and Mahalo.

“Absolutely fantastic place for groups especially if you are visiting for MTB.”

The hosts were excellent, and the house offered a huge amount of space that felt private and secluded. The beds were a bit small for taller guests, but still comfortable enough.

We stayed with a team of 11 women and found every amenity we could wish for—no complaints at all. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped for a large group. There were plenty of big areas to hang out, and if we wanted quiet time we could retreat to our rooms. Spires Barn sits in a peaceful rural setting, making it one of the best places our team has ever stayed.

Some parts of the lodge looked a little tired, but the location was perfect and it had everything we needed for our team’s stay.

The setup was perfect for a traveling group, with plenty of distinct spaces so we never felt crowded. The cooking facilities were great, letting us prepare meals for a large group, and the abundance of single beds was ideal for a sports team. The only minor issue was that we wished for an extra pillow for the bed.
