Lords Seat Bed & Breakfast

The spot’s in a killer location, the room was spotless and comfy, and every morning’s breakfast hit the spot; John was super helpful and kind the whole time. Thanks a lot! I’ll book again for sure. There was nothing to complain about!

“Brilliant location, service and standard of accommodation”

The property was kept to an immaculate standard, great quality in furniture and the cleanliness was top class. The hearty breakfast choices were fantastic and varied to your choice. The location was great to explore the NW parts of the Lakes. The hosts were super friendly and nothing was too much to provide a truly excellent stay. Nothing

“Wonderful accommodation with an excellent breakfast and lovely hosts. Would most definitely return again.”

Top‑tier lodging with a massive bedroom and bathroom, tasteful furnishings and décor, an excellent full English breakfast, and the omelettes were amazing. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and full of useful info. We’ll definitely come back!
