The hotel staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. They offered a delicious ground coffee from the region. The facilities were clean and organized. I recommend it! I would suggest improving the exterior noise isolation and the curtains to make the room darker and more conducive to rest.

The customer service really stood out; the team was attentive and helpful all the time, even opening the parking lot when needed, even though it was three houses away from the hotel. I stayed in the main suite, which was comfortable and had no problems. The spot is great, right at the entrance to the road that leads to the Termales. I was also there when the 7.4 magnitude earthquake hit on August 10th, 2026, and the building held up impressively—nothing fell or broke despite the intense shaking. The price was excellent for the value. The second room, used by my friends, had a window without a screen or barrier, letting large bugs in at night because of the light. Everything else about that room was comfortable and nice.

Excellent! Exactly as shown in the photos! Everything was perfect; I recommend that the pendant lamps in the rooms not be placed at the head of the beds because they are very risky if they detach.

We loved the place, it’s comfortable, fully equipped, and very well located because it’s close to points of interest but in a quiet residential area. No noise except the normal car traffic, nothing else. The area feels very safe, the facilities are lovely, it smells great 😀 The receptionist is extremely cordial and friendly; I would stay a thousand times more at this place. We had a wonderful stay 🙏🏻
