The space was exceptionally large, something you don’t usually see in Europe. I loved the spa and pool. The Parisian colors and ambience were beautiful. The location is amazing—close to everything, right in the center, yet the area is safe and pretty.

The location was fine. The breakfast was very limited and plain yogurts were out of stock, which is unacceptable. The reception staff weren’t great either; they seemed more focused on their looks than on guests. Hotels aren’t beauty contests.

The restaurant (breakfast and dinner) and spa area were rather average compared to the room. For the price we expected more.

The rooms were beautiful and clean, robes were fresh, the updated rooms and bathrooms were great, and the location was amazing. Nothing to complain about.
