We’ve been guests since 2003 and usually had a good time, but after the new owners took over the experience dropped; the place needs more cleaning and maintenance, the parking fee of $15 a night feels excessive, and the sun deck is filthy – definitely room for improvement.

The hotel’s proximity to the beach was a major plus, and I couldn’t find any issues to mention.

I liked the spot because everything was within walking distance and the Coffee Mill was conveniently in the same parking lot, which was great for bringing pets; however, the bathroom sink lacked a proper soap dispenser, the shower arrived dirty with sand and fur, and the lights in the room should be dimmable for better ambiance.

It’s affordable, clean, and close to the venue, but the parking is horrible—small spots are very close together and hard to maneuver with other cars in the lot.
