The receptionist, especially the leader, was not friendly.
The hotel sits near malls and food spots, and transportation is easy to access. The receptionist service isn’t great; you have to secure your ID before leaving the front desk because they never give it back.

The room was clean and tidy, but the cracks from the earthquake were noticeable. The aircon dripped and was so noisy that I could hear it from the window, which was quite annoying.
“Great value, needs more work on cleaning.”
It was good value and the staff were helpful, and the location was convenient. However, we stayed twice in a fortnight and on both occasions the towels looked like they had already been used. There was also a sewer‑type smell in the bathroom.
