One of the two rooms offered an amazing view of the entire courtyard, pool, and beach—absolutely beautiful; the buffet was good, though I’d have liked more ingredients at the omelette bar.

Yes, absolutely, but Sheraton cancelled our reservation while we were descending to the island; Sheridan knew two days earlier but sent an email two days late, ruining our trip.

I had a terrible experience at this place; it was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The front desk service was awful, and the woman named Vergil was the most unpleasant host I've encountered.

The location was pretty good, but the power went out at 7 pm and stayed off until checkout, my room flooded, and the breakfast felt like doomsday rations for $500 /night.

We paid extra for the breakfast package and the food was great; the room we ended up in had a fantastic view, while the original room looked out onto the pool slide and was noisy, so the bellhop called the front office for us. Parking worked well for our rental car, and I’d stay there again. However, the Captain Andy tour we booked through the hotel turned out to cost about $200 more than it should have, so I probably won’t book hotel tours in the future.
