The service was excellent, the people were very kind, and the place was well‑located with several breakfast options. The only drawback was the paint smell from the renovation and the lack of on‑site dining service.

The location was very good, right on the Malecón with plenty of restaurants. The hygiene was only average; when we arrived we were given a nice suite that had no air conditioning, internet, or TV. We were moved to another room that had moths and a bad odor, still no internet or TV, and the next day we were transferred to a smaller sea‑view room, and to our surprise we were charged the difference for the room.

It was very bright and clean, directly across the street from the beach, in a very quiet area where I felt safe, and the hotel security was also very good.

I liked the location, the people were very friendly, and the hotel was very clean. However, there was no refrigerator for drinks and there was a bit of noise from nearby bars.
