“Very loud very uncomfortable”

The comforters were nice, the pillowcases and sheets were scratchy, the kitchen wasn’t very clean, the location was awful, and I was placed on the bottom floor even though I had requested a high floor with a view, which was available. The room was on the first floor with no view, next to the exit stairs and back entrance. People came and went, slamming doors all hours, so I got no sleep at all, and we were staying here for my husband’s surgery. Not a good hotel for rest. A few weeks ago we stayed here and the room was nice, but the roof air conditioner caught fire and the sprinklers activated. We were told to find another hotel instead of just moving rooms. The Hampton Inn was very clean, had soft sheets, was quiet, and the internet and cable didn’t shut off every few minutes. The towels were crunchy, the sheets were dirty, the kitchen was loud, the door from the exit slammed all night, and housekeeping was very loud. They also said we would get a nice room with a view, but they totally lied to us.

“Large family”

I stayed with my big family and the hotel was great, but on Saturday an afternoon front‑desk employee was not very helpful or friendly.

“Perfect for a short stay”

The breakfast was excellent, coffee was free all day, and the pool and hot tub were lovely.

“Theme Park Adventures!”

The facilities were excellent! Breakfast offered a wide selection, with hot dishes changing every day. The location was close to a service station and plenty of restaurants, and a short drive took us to Magic Mountain and Hurricane Harbour. We stayed for 3 nights, but housekeeping never came.
