“Hotel gut - booking nicht zufriedenstellend”
Unfortunately, booking didn’t inform me that we would receive an access code to retrieve the room keys, which was unpleasant for me; communication with booking was lacking.

The location and the room with a balcony were good. Nobody was there, only telephone contact at check‑in. There was no parking garage for the bikes. Breakfast was missing, contrary to what was advertised. The bakery across the street was okay.

The staff were very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very quiet.

The room and the good breakfast, plus the friendly staff, were great. I was disappointed that no staff were present.

The breakfast was good and plentiful, offering freshly made scrambled, fried, and boiled eggs, and the bread selection was fine, though I would have preferred a rye (spelt) roll. The central location is fantastic. Everything was fine.
