The front desk staff were friendly, but the AC was noisy because there were five outdoor units by the window—be aware before checking in!

Every weekday I got a surprise upgrade and the value was unbeatable; I stayed four times a month and loved every room type. Even though all the lights were on, some spots felt dim—maybe they’re trying to make guests feel more relaxed, but I prefer brighter lighting that I can control. Some rooms, like 1202, had a cramped shower area, but otherwise everything was great.

I booked two single beds but was upgraded to a family room with two king beds, which was a real treat. The shower pressure was strong, the breakfast area was clean, and the food was good.

The room next to the elevator had good soundproofing, but the photos online were very different from what I actually saw—there was a noticeable drop in quality.
