The location is excellent, but the check‑in was very disorganized. Reception only opens from 4 to 8 pm, after which you must self‑check in with a code. I told them on the day of arrival that I needed the code, and after two messages they finally called and said they’d send it. Forty minutes later no code, so I had to call again… It could have been better organized.

Friendly staff and spotless rooms made for a solid overnight stay, and the hotel’s proximity to the train station and city centre is a real plus. The bathroom feels cramped—showering feels like you’re in the toilet if you’re used to a proper shower, but I’m fine with that. The TV is tiny, yet it’s there, though I never turned it on. My room was on the fourth floor and the elevator moved at a snail’s pace, so I ended up doing a bit of stair‑climbing for exercise. The staff’s operating hours are limited, which probably helps keep the price down.

Breakfast was decent, nothing special, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The toilet and shower were really poor; I expected a normal bathroom but it wasn’t.
