The hotel's city center location was its only redeeming quality, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. The constant noise from the street made it hard to get a good night's sleep, and the room itself was a mess - dirty floors, dusty surfaces, and old furniture that looked like it hadn't been repaired in years. To top it all off, the hot water was barely warm, and there was no space to unpack my 24-inch bag.

While the hotel's proximity to the lake and market was a major plus, it was unfortunately overshadowed by the freezing cold temperatures in January - there was no heating, and we had to cut our stay short. It was a shame, because we were really looking forward to exploring the area.

However, my room was a different story - it was tiny, with no window to speak of, which made it feel cramped and claustrophobic. It was a shame, because the parking and bathroom were definite perks.
