The accessibility to the floor is awful; the stairs are too steep and there’s no elevator, so you have to use a portable lift at least, which makes it unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues, and unfortunately the listing doesn’t mention this at all.

I stayed right in the heart of the city, surrounded by all the services I needed. The bar next door was open for breakfast and stayed open late into the night. The place was spotless and had everything essential for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the lack of communication from the host before arrival; I was only contacted the day before.

The location was fine, but there was no Wi‑Fi and the building had no cellular coverage for any operator. The air conditioner, though turned on, didn’t cool the room, so I slept in the heat. The windows were sound‑proofed, yet I could hear people on the street and in nearby venues until 3 a.m. on a Saturday. I couldn’t pay with a POS because they said there was no connection. The bathroom was tiny, and the mirror was angled wrong relative to the sink, making it impossible to see myself. A forgettable experience; I strongly advise against it.

The place was clean and had the basics. The furniture was homemade and clever. The location was strategic, tucked into a narrow alley in the historic center, already in the pedestrian zone. Cute little shops, a bakery and pastry shop were right below. Very, very good. The TV remote didn’t work, the room and bathroom were small, and the access stairs had high steps. Air conditioning or fans would have made a difference. If they removed the bidet, there would be more space to move around in the bathroom.

The central spot lets you step down and be right on the main street. The only drawback was the lack of soap and shampoo, but that was easy to fix.
