The place was quiet and the view was nice, but there was a strong smell, probably because of a nearby farm.

There were no positives. I was charged a pet fee of 2200 yen at checkout, even though I was told nothing about it beforehand. Considering the low room rate, I didn’t understand the purpose of the fee. No special service was provided, and nothing was done for me. If the pet fee had been explained from the start, I would have chosen a different hotel. I didn’t want to argue, so I paid without comment, but I was not informed. I refuse to pay for something that wasn’t explained; the operator is at fault for not providing information. I will not use this site again and would appreciate a direct apology from the company.

My dog loved the environment, and as a solo traveler I booked a single room and found the value for money good; next time I’d like to try glamping. The downside was the loud noises from the floor above and the neighboring room, which is probably inevitable in a pension.

It’s great for letting dogs roam freely and surrounded by nature, but as a first‑timer I would have liked a more thorough explanation of how everything works.
