We keep coming back to Karolinka because the view is just stunning and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The food hits the spot every time, and the whole place feels welcoming. No reason to look elsewhere.

Karolínka sits in a beautiful, peaceful spot and the staff were genuinely kind. Breakfast was a buffet where everyone could pick what they liked, and the restaurant meals were a pleasant surprise. For the Krkonoše area the price for lodging and food felt fair, and we left very satisfied – will definitely recommend it.

Staff were super pleasant, everything was clean, and the stay was nicely quiet – exactly what I needed. I'd tell anyone looking for a calm night to give this place a try.
