The ceiling fan didn’t work, and the other fan was hard‑wired into a socket, noisy and unusable. There were no toiletries in the room, the shower was cold, and we got four breakfasts for five adults. An extra breakfast was offered just as we were about to leave. It’s probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The cornflakes were okay.

The workers were kind, but the service they provided was terrible—I’ll rate it 1/10. One room for two people but breakfast was only for one. The room was dirty, and the prices were European‑level while the quality felt like Zambia.
