The service was good, but the cleaning was insufficient; the previous guest left cigarette butts after smoking in the window, and the air‑conditioning was weak, leaving the room stuffy and damp. There was also a suspicious duvet above the coat closet—uncertain whether it was a spare or a packaging bag, not a hotel item. Luckily, after we raised the issue, the concierge immediately switched us to a different room.

The front‑desk staff’s attitude was really great! The location and transport are convenient, the environment and equipment are modern, the room is clean and tidy and the bed is comfortable. I’ll definitely come back if I visit again.

Everything was as you’d expect from a Hilton in China, but the Wi‑Fi was terrible—absolutely awful, which is inexcusable for a hotel of this level.
