I booked a suite but was given a standard room because they said no availability. The worst part was the poor handling of my payments: my credit card was charged up to three times the cost of my stay, and I still haven’t received a refund for one of those three charges.

The location, cleanliness, and pool were great. The power went out, but the backup generator kicked in quickly.
