The breakfast was good. When we booked the room we were told we would be in a room in the main hotel overlooking the garden, but we actually had a small en‑suite room in the annex, and there was a motor/pump noise running all night.

The views were beautiful and the staff were friendly, but the bathroom in the deluxe room had a strong damp smell that I didn't expect.

There was no particular highlight, and the staff weren't as friendly and the vibe felt different from what I had hoped.
