The stay was nice, the location was good, and breakfast was also good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was excellent, but there was little seating space for the breakfast area.

The elevator was brand new and in perfect condition, and there were several lifts. The beds were excellent, the shower was very large, the towels were good, and the room layout was well designed. The dog was very welcome, and both the hallway and breakfast area stayed relatively quiet even when the hotel was full. The location was superb, almost midway between Schloss Schönbrunn and Hofburg, with a subway station right outside the door. The underground parking for vehicles was very good. The only complaint was that there could have been more toilet paper in the room.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were beautiful, and the location was great for the subway. The buffet, however, couldn’t keep up with the crowds; we had to walk a long way to the dining area because there was only one serving line for the huge breakfast spread. None of the three rooms had a functioning air‑conditioning unit.
