The place was close to our points of interest. Eight days before arrival they called to ask if we’d want to dine and to reserve a table, which we accepted. On the day they called first to confirm our arrival time, then two hours before arrival they called again to say a tour bus would occupy the dining room so we’d have to find food elsewhere—very commercial. The next day they admitted they had no staff for evening service, the room was empty, no bus… a lot of lies.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the restaurant and breakfast were good, and the view was very beautiful.
