This hotel is so awful that I cannot even describe it in words. The staff are thieves, start beating you without explanation, and they charged 3200 rupees claiming you were fined for eating on the bed.

The staff at this hotel were really good, and the rooms were clean and fresh. That's my main takeaway.

The room was actually pretty big, but that's where the positives end. The maintenance was really poor - the lock didn't work, the walls were dirty, and I didn't feel safe at all. The lift was tiny, and there was no one to help with luggage. Oh, and no restaurant either.

This place was a disaster - the room wasn't cleaned before we got there, and the floor was dirty. The toilet was disgusting and the bathroom was wet and unusable. When we complained, the staff were super aggressive and rude, especially to my wife. They only backed off when we threatened to involve the police. To make matters worse, they didn't provide basic stuff like water bottles or an electric kettle, and the advertised breakfast and other services were nowhere to be found.

This hotel is okay for unmarried couples, which is a plus in this area. The staff were helpful when we needed them. However, we did notice that the window glass was broken behind the curtain, which was a bit weird.
