The staff were very professional. The only issue with the kitchen was that one item seemed a bit tired; they presented coconut boxes and when I asked how to get the juice he told me to go and break it myself 😂😂😂

The location was central and the hotel was close to my meeting venue. The window in my room stayed open and I couldn’t close it myself. The AC didn’t cool, and overall the facilities were outdated. I left a few items behind, wrote to the hotel through the app, and received no reply.

Location. The staff attitude, service, and food were disappointing.

I stayed on the second floor and the room was awful—so dumpy I almost got sick. The AC leaked water, and I never got a room change. The cleaning crew never showed up in the middle of the night.
