Only location. Basic stuff like, room prepared before we checked in, landline, towel, dental kit were not there. We checked in 4 hours late as was stuck in traffic. Food was bad at dinner time, had to cancel once but went ahead with the second one however it gave us food poison which took 4 days to cure. I complained about the food but the response was "we keep good quality food so not what would have caused!"

The stay was nice and pleasant even in April’s heat, with a great location and supportive staff. The music at night or during dinner could have improved the experience, but it was fine.

Great spot if you've got a car - easy to get around. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help. Only downside was the hot water, which wasn't always available - bit of a pain. Overall, a solid choice if you're self-driving.
